TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking and visiting Urbn Link Studios, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments can be made securely via our online booking system, in person, or through invoice (if agreed in advance).

  • Card Details & Security: All card information provided is securely processed via our third-party payment provider and is not stored or visible to Urbn Link Studios at any time. We do not hold or store your payment details on our systems.

  • Full payment and a £50 deposit are required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund or reschedule.

Studio Usage

  • The studio is for photography, videography, and content creation only.

  • Illegal, dangerous, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.

Arrival & Departure

  • Clients must arrive and leave within their booked time slot.

  • Overtime charges: £45 per additional hour + £20 inconvenience fee.

Liability

  • Urbn Link Studios is not responsible for lost items, personal belongings, or injuries.

  • Clients should have insurance for personal equipment in case of loss or damage.

Damage & Cleanliness

  • Clients are responsible for any damages to equipment, furniture, or the studio. Repair costs may be deducted from the deposit.

  • The studio reserves the right to charge the card on file or request additional payment for any damages incurred. Repair costs will be deducted from the deposit, and any remaining balance must be paid immediately.

  • The studio must be left clean and in its original condition. A cleaning fee may apply if not.

  • Do NOT apply body oil, self-tanner, or any staining products on furniture.

  • Food and Drinks excluding bottled water are not allowed in the studio. Any food or drinks must be consumed in the café.

Guests & Crew

  • Bookings include a set number of attendees; additional guests require approval.

  • Clients must ensure their team behaves professionally and respects the space.

Equipment & Props

  • Clients may bring their own equipment and props but must inform the studio in advance.

  • All studio equipment must be handled with care and returned in the same condition.

  • Damages will result in loss of deposit.

Noise & Disruptions

  • Please keep noise levels reasonable to respect other tenants.

  • Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.

Overtime & Extensions

  • Extra time must be requested in advance and will be charged accordingly.

  • Overtime is charged hourly.

Event Hire

  • Additional terms and fees apply for event bookings. Contact us for a quote.

Copyright & Social Media

  • Content taken in the studio may be shared on our social media. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in advance.

Collaborators & Content Creation

If you’ve agreed to collaborate and create content at Urbn Link Studios, we kindly ask that you adhere to all terms and conditions outlined here.

• Any content created during your session must be approved by the studio before being shared publicly.

• Collaborators are responsible for ensuring that all content complies with copyright laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

• Urbn Link Studios reserves the right to decline any content that doesn’t align with our values or these terms.

• If content sharing is part of your collaboration, we kindly request that we receive all content produced. If this is not provided, we may charge the full studio session fee.

• We ask that any associated branding or promotional materials respect and align with Urbn Link Studios' brand and reputation.
